Is Google Web Clips Annoying or Awesome?

I think Google is becoming the standard of the internet now. I love how Google have improved over the years!
Yeah, and they have so many great new and unique avenues, I can't even keep up. I just tried Picasa today, and it's awesome. I just wish I worked at Google. Or even better owned some shares of Google stock.
