Monopoly, Nokia 5800 Mess, And SeaWorld

Monopoly Comes To N-Gage
My favorite family board game has finally made its way to the N-Gage platform. Monopoly is the name of the game, and I can expect to be hooked for hours of dice rolling, "GO" passing, real estate purchasing fun with this one. And don't forget to get this game before April 2nd for the reduced price in your region.

Nokia 5800 Fiasco And Fixed
Recently Nokia's 5800 XpressMusic phone launched in the US with some real issues with AT&T's 3G network, but was thought to be isolated in the New York and Chicago areas. Finally, there has apparently been a fix for the problem through a firmware update for the handset. In a way, this is bad: Nokia looses confidence in US consumers, and consumers feel cheated (even if ever so briefly) out of their money for a device that should do what it states on the side of the box right out of the box. In another way, this is good: Nokia can learn much from this mistake and improve on a more thorough testing of it's 3G enabled phones in the future, and due to the way this went down consumers can look forward to the price of the 5800 to drop faster than it would had the launch been more smooth.

NET9 On Vacation: SeaWorld
Next week NET9 travels to SeaWorld for our vacation, and will be posting pictures and video to Ovi Share using the N95-3. This will be our first trip to SeaWorld, so it will all be an exciting new experience for us. See you all next week!
